You asked for comfort food, our answer? Meet our Winter Casseroles seasonal menu.
On the heels of our Fall clean-eating Whole 30 seasonal menu, Nicole turned to our subscribers for requests. A lot of them asked for comfort food - pot pies, lasagnas and classic casseroles.
Classic Flavors, Cleaned Up
In keeping with our company core values, we wanted to create classic casseroles with as few processed ingredients as possible. We tossed out the condensed cream of mushroom soup, and focused on scratch-made rouxs and cream sauces. Gone are the canned veggies, and in with the fresh produce.
Customer Requested, Tested & Approved
In order for a dinner to join our menu, it is first vetted by our staff, test cooked by our chefs, taste-tested by customers, and photographed for our site.
We loved our beta-testers, and wanted to especially thank customers Audrey, Daria and Traci for this round of feedback.
The results? Quintessential casserole comfort. We hope you love it!
