What’s Keto?

A ketogenic diet (or keto diet, for short) is a low-carb, high-fat diet that has been shown to help with weight loss and may even have benefits against diabetes, cancer, epilepsy and Alzheimer’s disease. It’s not for everyone, as it involves severely limiting carb intake and replacing it with a diet that can be high in fat.
