Dinner Elf adds the DASH Diet to our menu
For the 8th year in a row, health experts from US News & World Report have ranked the DASH Diet as the best diet overall. Research has shown that the DASH Diet can quickly lower blood pressure and is effective for weight loss and lowering cholesterol. Not only is that awesome, but it’s also associated with lower risk of:

- heart disease
- heart failure
- kidney stones
- developing diabetes

Nope! The DASH diet is a flexible, easy to follow, and plant-focused diet; think of DASH as an Americanized version of the popular Mediterranean diet.
